Matthew Lynch – Professional Inspector
Owned and operated by James Matthew Lynch “Matt”, who is State licensed (TREC #22959), insured, and expertly qualified to perform a thorough and detailed inspection. Matthew comes with over 20 years of experience as a contractor performing inspections on industrial projects, as well as a Quality Control Manager and Certified Welding Inspector. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Texas A & M University-Kingsville while playing for the Javelina baseball team. Matthew is a member of several top professional organizations including the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi), the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, and the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association, and is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Applicator licensed to perform Termite & WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) Inspections TDA # 0848692. Matt’s work ethic is what drove Blue Star Real Estate Inspections to grow into the staple it has become for many realtors and the community. Blue Star Real Estate Inspections is a company Matt took pride in creating and will work diligently to provide excellent home inspections and giving customers priceless peace of mind.
Angela Lynch – Office Manager
Blue Star Real Estate Inspections is also a family business. Matthew’s lovely wife, Angela answers the phones, sets up the accounts and emails clients. She works the calendar managing their time accommodating clients, realtors and coordinating ancillary services.
Angela is also a member of the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors and volunteers on committees directly benefiting the local real estate community. Her cheerful and helpful attitude reflects Blue Star Real Estate Inspections’ goal of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Matthew and Angela were married in 2010 and live happily with their 4 children Yzabella, James, Amelia, & Miriam. They live in Corpus Christi and spend quality time together as a family enjoying many of the wonderful attractions like the beach, family bike rides, nature hikes, camping, soccer, and little league baseball.
