When you think of poor Air quality you think of things like car exhaust, industrial pollution, or smoggy days, but indoor air quality is sometimes just as bad or if not worse than the air quality that we come across on the outside.
So with that reality in mind, it should only make sense that we take action to improve indoor air quality as much as we possibly can. There are a few things that we can do at home to improve the quality of our air:
- One of the best things we can do for the inside air is to install a home air purifier. An air purifier will reduce dust pollen and animal dander. It will also help kill bacteria and viruses even mold. And it can reduce odors and chemical missions so that we can joy fresher air right at home.
- Keeping Air filters clean it’s another great way to support clean air indoors. Change filters regularly and buy high-quality filters this makes a big difference. All things with filters inside the home should be changed regularly. Even changing your vacuum cleaner bag regularly will cut down on dust and particles that are distributed throughout the air.
- Cleaning your HVAC systems ducts is also a way to distribute clean air more efficiently. If you have an older home you could very well be harboring sources of airborne pollution in the home.
