Glass-topped electric stoves have become popular over the years for many reasons. One reason is that they are easy to clean. Here are a few tips to help you to clean your glass-topped stovetop.
The first tip is that after your stovetop cools, you will want to wipe down your stovetop after each use with a damp cloth. If you need a little bit of a cleaner, you can spray a little vinegar on the area before wiping the area down.
Another tip to help you to get rid of those tougher stains and spills is to use baking soda and vinegar. To do this, after your glass-topped stovetop is cooled, spray the stovetop with vinegar and then sprinkle generously with baking soda. Next, take a cloth and wet it with hot water, wring out the excess water. Place this cloth on top of the baking soda and vinegar and leave the cloth there for 10-15 minutes. Remove the towel and wipe the area down with a microfiber cloth. Spray the area again with vinegar, and then wipe down the area again with a clean microfiber cloth until the streaks are gone. Keep repeating these steps until those stains and spills are gone.
These tips will help you to keep your glass-topped stovetop clean and looking its best.
